Your responsibilities

  • Compile all current business transactions (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
  • Record fixed assets and calculate depreciation periods
  • Communicate with international tax offices
  • Prepare advance and final VAT (sales tax) returns
  • Process and check credit card statements
  • Monitor payment flows
  • Manage the cash and bank ledgers
  • Check out-of-pocket expenses and travel expense statements
  • Work closely with the Controlling department

Your profile

  • Relevant qualifications and at least two years of professional experience in accounting
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and DATEV
  • Outstanding time and self-management, as well as the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Discretion and reliability
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English
  • A confident manner and the ability to work in a team
  • Very good organizational and multitasking skills
