On September 23rd 2019 we will release the new Report Builder for Prescreen.

When we began designing the Report Builder it was clear to us from the very beginning, that we not only wanted to create a tool for reporting but actually enable our customers to live Data Driven Recruiting. For us this means letting you create specific data analyses that suit your individual needs with as little effort as possible.
Take advantage of this new functionality to answer important questions regarding the performance of your recruiting processes and use data as foundation for important decisions.
Highlights at a glance:

  • Define individual KPIs for your company in a self-service manner
  • Flexible data visualisation for your analyses with suitable diagrams
  • Combine related analyses to reports which you can share with your target group or individual colleagues

Use the Report Builder to easily answer questions such as:

  • Efficiency of your job ads: Which job ad boards have the best conversion rate?
  • Recruiting performance: How long do candidates stay in a specific hiring process step?
  • Process productivity: How many applications do you need in order to hire a candidate? Which process step has the highest drop-out or rejection rate?
  • Candidate Experience: If candidates do not finish the application, in which step do they get stuck?

The new Report Builder will be available for all our customers without any extra costs. All existing reports (standard and paid custom ones) stay available.
