Your Prescreen dashboard just got better: we’ve added some productivity tweaks to help you focus on what’s really important – day after day.

Some powerful widgets at your command:

  • Tasks
    Create tasks, connect them to candidates, jobs or hiring requests, set due date and add description. Now you have a to do list prioritized according to the due date, which can be filtered for tasks due this week, all open tasks or all completed tasks. You can also convert a notification to a task, it will automatically contain the link to the related object.
  • In-app notifications
    In your user profile > notification settings you can now set up your notification preferences and choose between an in-app or an email notification type – or both. You can view the complete notifications list or only the unread ones. „Mark all as read” action button allows to resolve all unread notifications. Convert a notification to a task to follow-up on some important activities.
  • Reports
    Pick a set of relevant analyses from the Report Builder to display in the user dashboards of your Prescreen account. Mind, that the visibility of the analysis is inherited (only the users who can access this analysis will see it in their dashboard). Enable your team to keep a close eye on the most important KPIs.
  • Jobs
    You can now filter the jobs list to see only jobs, where you’re assigned as main contact, where you’re actively or passively involved or the complete list of jobs you have access to. The overdue applications indicator leads to the filtered applications list you can update easily in one take.
  • Create job / add candidate
    This quick action buttons allow you to easily create new jobs or add new candidates from your dashboard.
