Plan your job postings with Prescreen

Prescreen now makes it possible to decide not only when a job will be published, but also when it will be unpublished and who will be informed about it. This allows you to individually define the period of publication on all channels on which you offer jobs via Prescreen.

Publish date: Define when you want to publish a job. Your jobs will be published on your Jobbase and in the widget on the planned date and various job boards will be informed of your request for publication at the desired time of publication.

Expiration date: In order to ensure that you always have up-to-date job advertisements published, you can also set an expiration date. When the set date expires, the job ad will be automatically removed from Jobbase and the widget.

Notification: In addition, you are now able to activate notifications so that you and other people involved do not lose track of job advertisements that are about to expire. A freely definable time span allows you to specify how many days before the expiration date you would like to receive a notification.
