New source tracking now standard in Prescreen

We are determined to further support you in implementing a modern, data-driven recruitment. Therefore we have re-designed existing features from scratch and added valuable new ones on top. Thanks to a new tracking method, Prescreen now enables you to conduct a reliable and accurate analysis of which channels generate the applications you receive. A major benefit compared to other methods: The source tracking cannot be manipulated by third parties and is unaffected by candidates’ internet browser settings (e.g., blocked cookies). This provides you with highest reliability and a solid basis for your recruitment decisions.

The above channels do not fully cover your specific needs? We are delighted to present the perfect solution: Generate your individual tracking links for whichever specific purposes you may have. Whether you are planning a recruiting campaign on Social Media or via email, encouraging referrals from your employees, creating print material or participating in career events — thanks to your individual links, all of these sources will also be available for analysis in Prescreen together with the above. Measuring the success of different applicant sources

Another highlight is a new analysis type to determine the performance of different applicant sources. Based on this analysis, you will gain clarity on which job boards and other channels are worthy of your investments — and which ones are just swallowing up time and budget. The analysis reveals which sources efficiently deliver the required quantity as well as required quality of applications, hence the “right” applications.

With the new analysis, you can evaluate all applicant sources at two distinct points along the candidate journey. Start by selecting two points that are relevant for you, for instance, received applications vis-à-vis conducted interviews. Then identify which sources have attracted the candidates that you have moved forward with in your recruiting process. Thanks to this information, you will be able to save time and money from going to waste and instead focus on the recruiting channels that actually pay off.
