We are determined to further support you in implementing a modern, data-driven recruitment. Therefore we have re-designed existing features from scratch and added valuable new ones on top. Thanks to a new tracking method, Prescreen now enables you to conduct a reliable and accurate analysis of which channels generate the applications you receive. A major benefit compared to other methods: The source tracking cannot be manipulated by third parties and is unaffected by candidates’ internet browser settings (e.g., blocked cookies). This provides you with highest reliability and a solid basis for your recruitment decisions.

Another highlight is a new analysis type to determine the performance of different applicant sources. Based on this analysis, you will gain clarity on which job boards and other channels are worthy of your investments — and which ones are just swallowing up time and budget. The analysis reveals which sources efficiently deliver the required quantity as well as required quality of applications, hence the “right” applications.
With the new analysis, you can evaluate all applicant sources at two distinct points along the candidate journey. Start by selecting two points that are relevant for you, for instance, received applications vis-à-vis conducted interviews.
